Warnings regarding online shopping:

Regarding Goods: We try to take as much care as we can to make sure of the quality of our products, but if there is a defect in a product you receive, please contact us and we’ll exchange it for you. However, this only applies to defects from the manufacturer— please don’t contact us for exchanges outside of that. Colors of the final product may differ slightly from the online samples, so please also be aware of that. Currently, I ship the products to the BOOTH warehouse, and then they ship it to the customers. 

I also have a cat at home. I don’t think that it should affect the product you receive in the end, but I’d like to ask you to refrain from ordering if your product coming in contact with a cat at some point might bother you.

Regarding Packing: The goods will be put in an OPP plastic bag, with packing materials if needed to keep them intact. They might be a bit bulky, but they’re there for protection against breakage and water damage.

Regarding Order Receipts and Payment:

Please contact Booth for this.

Regarding Item Prices:

The prices listed include tax. There’s no need to calculate extra tax for them. You’ll have to pay the handling and shipping costs yourself, though.

Please make sure to check what each item’s shipping costs are.

You might need to use different order methods if you’re ordering in large amounts or shipping overseas, so make sure the service you’re using will work for that.

Regarding Canceling Orders: (Updated 2022/02/05)

Please contact Booth and follow the rules they’ve set regarding dealing with these kinds of things. 

If you haven’t paid for the item yet, Booth will treat the order as canceled if you don’t pay for it within three days.

However, if you’ve already paid for the item, Booth’s policies won’t allow you to cancel, so keep that in mind.

If it’s an emergency and you absolutely have to cancel after you’ve paid, you can contact us for that. 

However, the item will still be shipped from Booth to you, so we’ll treat it as a return of goods. 

Again, please only return goods if they arrive with damages or defects, or if it’s an emergency.

Regarding Changing Your Shipping Address: (Updated 2022/02/05)

Please contact Booth. We can’t change your shipping address ourselves.

And, I apologize, but we can’t handle delivery or shipping-address-related questions at all. Again, please ask Booth.

A request from us: Please don’t resell our goods or make copies of them to sell on other sites. 

If you no longer want the goods you’ve bought, please recycle them in whatever way you’d like. 

Please do not copy or plagiarize our published work. We were the ones who worked on this, so we’d like to have that acknowledged.

We’d like to respond to business enquiries and questions as quickly as we can, but please keep in mind we have our own job and life issues to think about, so sometimes responses may be a little late.
