Root E: 

Requirements: Everyone except Atou and Aiba die.

1. Don’t catch Karen when you’re chasing her in ch6.

2. Let Yanagi die during the Jabuchi confrontation.

Both these conditions need to be met. There’s a hidden countdown when you’re trying to solve the Lights Out puzzle, get the key, and get into the room where Jabuchi is. What the time limit actually is varies based on what answers you’ve picked in conversation with Yanagi, but if you take too long, she’ll die.

Root D: 

Requirements: Everyone except Atou, Aiba, Riku, and Karen die.

1. Catch Karen when you’re chasing her in ch6.

2. Let both Yanagi and Kurachi die in the confrontation with Jabuchi. 

3. Don’t let Enomoto kill Riku and Karen in ch7.

These three conditions need to be met. There’s a hidden countdown when you’re trying to solve the Lights Out puzzle, get the key, and get into the room where Jabuchi is. What the time limit actually is varies based on what answers you’ve picked in conversation with Yanagi, but if you take too long, she’ll die.

If Yanagi dies, Kurachi will die as well due to certain circumstances.

Root C:

Requirements: Everyone except Atou, Aiba, and Yanagi die.

1. Don’t let Yanagi die in the confrontation with Jabuchi.

2. Let Kurachi die afterwards.

These two conditions need to be met. 

Even if the Kumazakis are saved in ch6, if Kurachi isn’t saved, both of them will die in ch7. 

Root B: 

Requirements: Atou, Aiba, Yanagi, Kurachi, Riku, and Karen survive.

1. Catch Karen when you’re chasing her in ch6.

2. Don’t let Yanagi and Kurachi die in the confrontation with Jabuchi.

3. Don’t fulfill the requirements for the A or higher routes.

These three conditions need to be met. If you fulfill the A or higher ends, you’ll proceed to ch8, but if you have a B rank or lower, you’ll go straight to ch9.

Root A: 

Requirements: Do everything required for route B, but also save Shinano.

Up to ch6.

1. Get the HDD in ch4.

2. Don’t let Karen, Yanagi, or Kurachi die.

3. Charge the dirty cellphone in ch6 -> unlock it-> take it with you.

4. Obtain and read the Staff Member Note before you get the marked bible and head to the cathedral (it won’t work if you do it afterwards)

In ch7: 

5. Read the special documents in ch7.

6. Finish the deduction sequence

7. Don’t fulfill the requirements for S route

These conditions need to be met. If you’ve fulfilled A route or higher, you’ll go to ch8.

Root S:

Requirements: Do everything required for route A, but also understand the truth about Atou’s situation.

Up to ch6:

1. Do all the things you need to achieve A route.

2. Listen to everything Aiba has to say in ch6 (you’ll need to talk to him 3 times)

3. Read the special documents in the reference room in ch6

4. See the flashback in the library in ch6

5. Examine the item in the hidden room that Jabuchi tells you about after his fight, if you heard from Yanagi about his past.

6. If you do this, the flashback at the beginning of ch7 will be different.

In ch7: 

7. Fulfill the route A requirements (finishing the deduction sequence)

8. See all the rat flashbacks in ch7

9. Read all of Kazue Enomoto’s reports in ch7, and collect an item from a special place

10.  Collect the Akashic Photo in ch7.

These conditions need to be met. 

If these conditions are met, the flashback that happens when you confront Enomoto when you plan to rescue Isoi will have images appearing, not just text.
