We’re always truly grateful for everyone’s attention.
We’ve gotten a lot of supportive messages and encouraging messages, people giving us new information, contacting us with their questions, and letting us know about the bugs they’ve found.
We’d like to thank you all for all your kind messages.
We apologize, though. We may not be able to respond to them all, or it may take a while for us to answer.
We’re currently working on Cell Of Mirage, so until the demo of it is released, we’ve made a list about what we will and won’t answer to, and how long it may take for a response.

We’ve translated the guidelines into various different languages, and we’ve also added a lot of clarification in them, so please look through them carefully again and see if the answer to your question is there.
Messages we won’t be able to reply to at this time:
Your impressions of the game, or information that doesn’t require a response.
But please know we remember all the nice comments people have made, and we thank you for them.
Messages offering to help with an official translation into other languages, or other offers of help with the game or website.
Currently, we don’t have the time or capacity to properly oversee this, so we’ll have to refuse. However, if the time comes when we do have the ability to do this, we’ll be happy to ask all of you to help.
Regarding fan activities and fanmerch
We appreciate you wanting to send us your own designs to sell as merch, but generally we’d only like to make money off of what we ourselves have made. We really appreciate the sentiment, but will have to hold back on that for now. We hope you enjoy creating fanwork.
Questions about and suggestions for the plot
All we can really accept is your feelings regarding this, as the main plot for CoE is pretty much complete.
