Cell Of Empireo Puzzle Hints
Sep. 29th, 2025 09:29 am Highlight to view. For those who don't directly want to be given the answers, but who want hints for how to solve the three puzzles in the game.
For the 4 digit code on B1F of ch4:
There's a poster on the wall in the break room. It should mention a number.
There's also another note in the reference room down the hall that mentions the number was written down incorrectly, and tells you to add digits.
There's also a dirty piece of paper that you'll see in the analysis room that mentions a number 'not existing'. Apply that to what you already know about the numbers in the code, and you should have your 4-digit answer.
For the constellation code on B2F of ch4:
What do the words 'Taurus', 'Gemini', and 'Cancer' have in common? It's a number.
For the ch7 elevator hint puzzle:
The note in the courtyard will tell you your current 'location' in terms of the puzzle (the moon), and the 'distance between the earth and the moon' (going from earth -> moon is up 1)
There's a room with a potted plant next to its door. A book on the ground there will tell you the order of planets in Ptolemy's Geocentrism: Earth -> Moon -> Mercury ->Venus -> Sun -> Mars -> Jupiter -> Saturn -> Fixed Stars -> Primum Mobile
You'll notice a spirit near one of the computers in the room that has the blood analysis machine. It's guarding a poem. I'll put the poem here.
A foolish traveler standing on the moon realized he'd dropped his keys just when he was to head back soon.
He could not find them anywhere, though he asked the god of war.
The fool went down to land, though they were nowhere on the floor.
At the very throne of Mt. Olympus,
he finally caught sight far below of quicksilver shining bright.
He traveled until he could see the stars above, and finally found that which he'd been dreaming of.
The bolded parts are the hints for each step in the elevator puzzle.
"Throne of Mt. Olympus" is intended to represent the Greek god with associations with kingship.
Again, keep in mind that you don't start on 'Earth'.
