I've been translating for a while and am pretty confident in my skills, but I'm only human and errors might slip through- if you catch an error, a typo, or if you'd just like to ask about a certain translation choice I've made, please feel free to leave a comment here or send an ask on my tumblr.  I'd be happy to talk and fix what I can, so don't be afraid to point it out if you see something! 

 

Adding my TLs to quote bots is allowed, posting screencaps with bits of the TL to other places (like liveblogs) are also allowed. I'd prefer if you credit me if you do so (with my dreamwidth handle/links to that, not to any other handles/places). I'd also like to ask that if you do add my tls to character/series quote bots that you take the full name of the character/series out of the DN/username so every post from the quote bot doesn't show up if people are looking for the character/series. 

 

Posting links to the dreamwidth posts I've made are fine, but don't copypaste the whole text, upload it to your site, and claim it as your own. I also won't....stop you from translating any of my translations into another language if you don't speak JP and have no other way to make it available in other languages but I highly recommend against doing it- things are naturally lost in translation despite my best efforts, which is why I always recommend you read it in the original JP if you can- a translation of a translation may lead to more confusion.

 

And finally, I'd like to ask that you please don't link these translations to any official account/share them with people who won't like them-- these translations are unofficial fanwork intended to help people enjoy and support series, not intended to take away from any official media or cause trouble.

I don't want to have to take my translations down/make them private, but in the (hopefully not going to happen) case that I see people using them to cause trouble/acting in a way with them that is going to get me blamed for anything they're doing, I will. 

There's a reason I'm asking you to be careful about where you link things, so just keep that in mind.
